Body Pump is great!
Friendly staff, clean facility, and awesome fitness instructors for the fitness classes! Highly recommend this gym!
Great workout
Be sure to hoard the 35s so you can superset bicep curls in between squat sets.
Over priced, packed out and at least 5 treadmills are broken every time I go. Be careful or the contract will screw you. I would recommend an alternate gym.
Shannon's class on Tuesdays @ 6:30 pm is great!
