I began yesterday after 3 and 1/2 months out of the gym due to health reasons. Gold's is everything I remember and more...state of the Art. It is left up to YOU...To Get It!!!��
A great facility. .the water aerobics class and Body Attack classes were excellent
Great facility. Clean, great equipment, many class options also. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Kids care is large for kids to play without getting bored during your workout.
