The staff and instructors are amazing! Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. The new Gold's Studio classes have helped me so much with achieving my goals. The small class sizes make me feel like I have a team and a personal trainer supporting me.
Cant wait to get back in there. Nice facility and they have children's play area.
Love gold's so far. Not crowded in the am, great equipment. Left from planet fitness, don't regret it at all.
