I cancelled my membership over a month ago. Now I’ve incurred not only more membership fees, but late fees as well.
Wish it was 24 hr but it's ok. Good equipment to use. Way better than PF
I will never get another membership through them! I cancelled my memebership over 3 months ago and I’m still getting billed because management was too careless to put the cancellation in on time! The sad part is I didn’t call to complain about the times I had already been billed I just wanted to keep from getting any future bills but management couldn’t stop that either! I pay $40 dollars per month to go here. For this price I expect everything to be in order. It's 5:25am and none has opened the gym yet. This is a problem that happens a couple times each month. I think members monthly dues should be compensated for this problem.
