I have been working with Cookie for a few weeks now, and she has been great, very knowledgeable and understanding with my specific needs and pains.
Best fitness facility I’ve been to in Tampa - their personal trainers are there to truly help you through your personal transformation journey. I highly recommend Yahed Mercado - he’s hands down one of the best trainers I’ve ever worked with.
