Les Mills classes, friendly staff and owner!
RecommendedI recently joined and I'm so glad I did. I love that they offer Zumba everyday and the instructors are awesome I also like they have other classes to choose from and what makes this gym even more doable in my book is the fact that they offer child care, with a 2 year old going to the gym this would not be possible if not for the childcare.
Dimitri is an amazing trainer who I would highly recommend to anyone, but especially if you are starting to work out again with chronic injuries. He has greatly reduced my back pain and knee pain; something that I would not have thought was possible 7 months ago. He has essentially taught me how to work out safely with chronic back, knee, and ankle issues. I feel like a new person and definitely attribute a lot of my success to him. This gym is amazing. We came from Canada, Québec, to visit Tampa, and we got an AMAZING service from AMAZING people. Staff were so friendly to us; they gave us tickets to go to the Lowry Zoo and we really appreciated that. We would recommend this gym not only because there are big-hearted people working here, but also because there are every machines you would need for a complete training and a nice ambiance to focus.
