I love Gold's gym. The equipment is up to date and the staff is super friendly. Kid's Club is so convenient. I've lost 3 sizes in 3 months thanks to my dedication and my trainer Onelio Rodriguez for pushing me to my limits. I wouldn't trade you for anything. "No pain no gain!" Thanks!
