Love the staff! Helpful and nice. Classes are fun and killer. Good environment.
I love the trainers and the instructors at Golds Gym Marion. However I am very disappointed with the lack of communication between the employees. Communication is an intricate component of running a successful business. Client retention and building relationships is also fundamental. I love this gym. My single complaint is that they aren't 24 hours. For all of the people who complain about the contracts; learn to read and grow up. They are clear and straightforward about the stipulations when you sign up.
The staff at this facility are all very nice and helpful. They have a great variety of equipment that they keep maintained and they have competitive prices. I have read some negative reviews about their contract, but anyone that signs a contract has to abide by the said contract.
Really nice facility. Not too overcrowded with just the right amount of machines to work out on.
