Love this place. A step above the rest by far. Been here for years. When something breaks its fixed. Period. Always in like new condition. Ive worked out at other gyms. They are all great at first but pay attention. Are they clean? Does the staff care? As a whole for me the answer has always been no. Not at golds. You will see every shift worked cleaning, making things better all the time. Thats the real difference. Its worth every penny to know when you work out all is in great working order and clean! Golds forever for me.
I really enjoy the place, I'm just amazed of all the equipment and room to work out..!!
Called 2-3 times to cancel membership and get my card taken off another person's account, when Caleb messaged me I told him in text I would no longer be going there and canceled my account, somehow still got $104 with drawn. If I could give no stars I would, that's terrible customer service to ignore several calls to cancel membership plus stating the same in text message.
