Run like Hell from this place. Run 1/4 mile down the road to the YMCA where they practice business ethically. I hated even giving them the required one star! I can't say much more than what the other 2 posters have said as they were right on the money. To this day I don't understand why this is an industry where unethical deceptive illegal business seems to be routine. And...they get away with it! I'm sure it's the law of averages, too many people just throw in the towel and pay the invalid charges making their scam pay off.... read more
What a ripoff! – I don't know about the manager, but I do know he doesn't do a very good job. That gym is DIRTY. Locker room smells and door s are hanging off the lockers, dust bunnies all over the place, pieces falling off of cardio equipment - this is really annoying when it is handles. Plus they rip you off. They say $15 a month but they don't mention the $50 cancellation fee, the $79 to join fee, the $15 extra twice a month fee. What a rip-off - why not just offer a clean place at a fair price with no garbage hidden fees... read more
great place to have bad service – the manager up there chris is the most horrible manager i have ever meet. maybe he thought of the 14.99 , but has he thought how is going to keep them? apparently not if he is treating his customers like crap. he doesnt care about the people that go in there he cares about the money. he blows people off and is rude to everyone. i would be ashamed to have him running my gym. and the sales people need to start explaining everything to the people that sign up all they are worried about is their... read more
