Not a huge fan of this place, every time I've been it's way too crowded, hot and stinks. Their daycare hours are ridiculous, management seriously needs to take a look around and make some changes.
While I can not say that they lie about the fees, I can say that their customer service is definitely poor. The extra fees when you terminate were something that they pointed out to me when I enrolled, but when I tried to cancel for both me and my wife, they would not let me do it for both of us. They required my wife to make an extra trip in to cancel for herself. Didn't matter that it was my credit card paying for both of us. I love your gym it is a little pricy but it's worth it I don't mind not working out on Sunday that is a great rest day ....and no I'm not LDS I just enjoy spending Sundays with my family instead of at the gym
I usually workout on base, but received a 30 Day pass card and thought I'd try it out since Golds offers childcare while I workout. The staff did not offer me a gym tour, or go over class options, or even tell me about their facility. It was a 'figure it out on your own' kind of thing. The second day of my 30 day trial, i took my 7mo old to the baby area for care while I worked out.
