Great gym amd equipment but your hours of operation are quite ridiculous. Always closing early for pretty much any excuse to. Early close on Friday and Saturday and closed on Sundays. Not everyone is a housewife that can gym during banker's hours. Need to update with the rest of the world.
I have been going here for a couple of years now. Love the atmosphere and the friendly staff. Juan greets me every morning with a smile and calls me by name which makes it like my home away from home. Also love the the new sprint spin class Shelly you rock!!
Good place to work out but the personal training is a scam. It's all about the money is what I see.
