Love going to the gym every day, but does anyone know when they are planning on fixing the locker rooms? The men's shower was prepped to be painted back in November and it is still just spackled. Now black stuff is growing on the spackle becouse spackle absorbs moisture. Only two of the five shower heads spray where they should. I visited two other locations this week. Kaysville location steamroom was broken and some of the locker doors were ripped off. Syracuse had all of there showers closed off. There seems to be a patter... read more
Love the Military family rate price� Would be awesome if it had a swimming pool my girls are swimmers. Ogden is to far to drive. Other then that I’m very please with the gym.
Beware! The guys that run this place are thieves. My daughter moved out of Utah in June, and called multiple times to cancel, and sent e-mails, and they insisted that their policy is to only accept cancellations in person or with a written letter. They won't let me cancel (the father) even though it's my credit card they just charged....4 month in arrears for some reason. Smell a rat? I do.... Pretty lousy equipment, also. You can do better.
I agree and stand by everything MIGUEL MORENO just said!!! I’m very disappointed at this giant chain called “Golds Gym” it took them years to update the equipment and now how many more years will it take to update their camara’s? We have been with GOLDS GYM since 2003 and this week with them has been by far the worst for our family!!! We have lost a lot of materialistic items as well as hard earned money but worst of all our family has lost our sense of security in our home, knowing that our address is on the wrong hands on ... read more
I am an avid person, always there ready to have a good work out. Until my stuff was stolen from a lock locker. My vehicle was taken as well, and am still waiting for management to get in touch with me to tell me they are working to make the gym a safe environment. Instead two days later the women's locker room got hit. As far the CCTV it hasn't been working for a while, that is great. If it wasn't for all the members that have shown more concern than management I would drop my membership. Great way to drop the ball golds gym... read more
The new equipment, atmosphere and staff are great so I've just renewed my gold membership for a second year to continue working on building a healthier mind and body. It's always nice to see other patrons with their kind smiles or a thumbs up as a good morning/afternoon.
Love the classes and the instructors. I'm not in good shape and they always accept me and work with me to get better.
Switched to VASA because of their hours. If you match their hours, I'll be back.
