terrible decision to rent from goldmark they are a money hungry monopoly.
Highly recommend NOT renting from this company, unless you want to get screwed over at the end of your lease. Not only will you not get a deposit back, they will find shit to randomly charge you for 😡😡 to fix up their shitty apartments at your expense. From day one this place reaked of marijuana (non smoking building), old food,and years of neglect. Harrison and Richfield is where I am located, been here going on my 2nd year, it’s been rocking with new tenants moving in, aside from that I’ve worked with Nicole the (property manager) directly most of the time and things are resolved or handled as they should!
