My son rented at Columbia West primrose ct. He is military. For the year he was there, really didn't have many issues. If he needed maintenance, they came right out and fixed the issue. He told me that most people he knew did not receive much of the security deposit when they left. I made sure he understood to clean everything well. I lived at the Sterling Pointe Apartments. During my time, there was a murder in the parking lot, the hallways and entryways were always dirty, the gym was not kept up on as it was dirty and machines would break. They switched to a new system to collect utilities that was supposed to send notifications of how much that would be each month because it changed. terrible decision to rent from goldmark they are a money hungry monopoly.
Highly recommend NOT renting from this company, unless you want to get screwed over at the end of your lease. Not only will you not get a deposit back, they will find shit to randomly charge you for 😡😡 to fix up their shitty apartments at your expense. From day one this place reaked of marijuana (non smoking building), old food,and years of neglect. At lease end they sent a bill for * replacing multiple bedroom screens, AC cover, 10 hrs plus of cleaning (when the apartment was left clean) and replacing carpets for $900.00.... read more
