I live at the one in Fridley Georgetown on the river. Horrible horrible management, horrible maintenance. I live on the first floor in my patio faces wooded areas and I've called for the last 7 months to tell them that my sliding glass door doesn't have a handle and they don't fix it. Don't no matter what you do ever live here

If you want, your cats kicked randomly by the property manager this is where you want to live. She literally walks in unannounced, kicks the cats and just walked right back out the door. Like literally just came up there to kick cats.
Landlord lets herself in without tenant awareness or consent and KICKS CATS. Do not rent from this company.
DONT BUY !!!! My boyfriend and me rented one of there apartments and may not be able to get another apartment because of them! Were to start we moved in and within a week we had roaches now yes they can take care of it but they just chose to spray , there is an infestation in the goldmark apartment Louis in Grandforks.
