Very easy to talk to, very personable. Talks straight and doesn't sugar coat, which is what we all need. My son is making improvements in social skills and other areas of concern, but we are still a work in progress. I look forward to working with Dr. Goldman in the future.
My son and I are been going to see Dr. Goldman for 2+ years. He was a blessing to us as my son was diagnosed with Aspergers as teenager and we couldn't find a lot of options for therapy. He has helped my son come out of his shell and find confidence and has helped me understand the difference between my son and other teenagers. He also has helped me deal with many other issues. He challenges me to look at life differently and encourages me to put new ways of doing things into practice daily.
Dr. Goldman is an excellent therapist who doesn't just put up with a patients mental health but works to affect real actual change. I think in some of the more negative reviews patients may have been told something they didn't want to hear about getting better and reacted by victimizing themselves.
Great job in working with my son...
This is the best psychologist I have ever had. I've had 4 psychologist and all of them have never been as amazing as him. He will challenge you for the betterment of your mental health. One of the most intelligent person I have ever met. He won't take your crap and will read though you and get to the problem. Would 100% recommend him to everyone who needs a psychologist and or is looking for one.
I have been to several other psychologists with little progress. After just a few sessions, I began feeling better and having hope. Dr, Goldman is extremely personable, real and easy to relate. He has a way of getting you to see things differently, let go of the past, and relate to things in a healthier way. I look forward to my sessions and then apply what I learned in the world. Dr. Goldman is competent, knowledgeable and truly seems to care about my life and progress.
Extremely talented and highly proficient. Very much interested in helping my son with his ADHD and issues at school. Excellent Psychologist.
Great experience who helped me get through hard times. Helped me enlighten myself and saved my life. Been seeing hi for 3 years now and was the best decision.
The best decision I ever made was taking my child out of Dr. Goldman's care after 9 months. He should NOT be counseling children. He used intimidation to get my child's cooperation. He doesn't know how to teach coping skills. Most of his stories ended with ... and I had to commit that child... My child continued to get worse under his care. We found a new psychologis and within 1 month my child's state of mind improved, he gained coping skills, and our family found guidance we so badly needed.
Business response:
I would never use "intimidation" with anyone, let alone a child. I believe the mother is confusing being consistent and structured with intimidation. If I was doing this, why wait 9 months to terminate treatment.
