Scam!!! This store is a complete scam. I gave my golden earring with my golden necklace to mold them to get a longer earring. When I picked them up, the top part of the earring was different than I asked for. I asked them to fix it, but then after fixing it, the length of the earring was shorter than I asked for. I said it was shorter, and not happy with the result, they demanded me to pay the whole labor fee even though they didn’t do what I asked for. I have developed 14k gold sensitivity on my first ear piercing (!!??) and wanted to try 18k gold so I researched online, found Goldland Jewelry on Etsy and came to their store in Chinatown. I bought a pair of 18k gold hoops from them today and they’re great! My earlobes usually start to itch within minutes with 14k earrings but these 18k pair are comfy, cute, secure and aren’t itchy!!!
