Called early Saturday morning after we woke up to a thermostat that read 55 degrees (it was 2 degrees outside). Got in touch immediately. With two young kids, we didn't want to take any chances and were pushing for a service call. I spoke with the owner, Matt, directly and said he'd try to save us a buck with some over-the-phone troubleshooting. One 5-minute FaceTime call later, and Matt had talked me through the fix. I love these people! Not only are they reliable, kind and friendly etc... they saved us money! After several companies told us we needed a new air conditioner (last summer) system these guys told us it just needed to be cleaned! Our heat wasn't working this morning and Matt (the owner) was at my house within an hour of my phone call! He is very professional as well!

My gas furnace went out Friday night in the middle of December. I was referred to Goldkamp H&C by a neighbor and I'm glad I called you guys. I called the emergency line (Matt) Saturday morning when the house was 50 degrees! Matt was able to make it out almost immediately and fixed the problem. I met Josh Goldkamp last month and he was telling me about Goldkamp heating and cooling. It was just perfect. My mom has been calling around for quotes to replace her furnace and air conditioner. Josh came to meet her, to be honest I was pretty impressed. Out of all of the meets she had with the other companies he actually talked to her like a friend and not a customer. We recently had Goldkamp sevice our furnace. AMAZING. Tech was knowledgeable and performed annual maintenance. We had a small issue. Part was reasonable. We also purchased the annual maintenance program. Price was very reasonable. Brittany who scheduled our appointment was great. Highly recommended for anyone. Especially St. Charles County residents. You won't be disappointed.
