Giving a 3-star just because of my kid's swimming instructor is so awesome and patient with the kids. But the disappointment is at the front desk. With that alone it would be 1-star. The girl with glasses at the front desk always seems to be in a bad mood. When you come in, she is the only one to greet without actually acknowledging people. When you go to the desk to talk about an issue on your account or passes/packages YOU, have paid for, her face totally changes. The staff are nice. Instructors are very tentative to the kids. My son loves coming to his swimming session every Sunday.
Love our experience here! The coaches here are so knowledgeable, and the confidence swim skills instill in the children is intrensic.
