Frustrating and costly, beware of the front desk. I bought a bundle at a “great price” and was told: (1) there’s a 30-day policy, (2) make-up classes are allowed, and (3) unused classes would be added at the end of the week. None of that actually happened. The app never showed any tokens, classes weren’t added, and I was still charged for the entire month, recurrently. The makeup sessions never appears in the app. I request the excuse for absence, which gets approved, but the make up session never gets issued and it is always a hassle to request to the front desk.
I cannot say enough amazing things about Goldfish Swim School in New Rochelle! I first brought my daughter when she was 5 months old because they were offering a fantastic promotion of free classes for babies up to 8 months. At the time, she was also taking classes at another swim school, but Goldfish quickly became our favorite by far.
