stayed at the Park Towers South property for 7 years. Do not stay in any of their properties. Based on my experience that they are completely disrespectful of their tenants, treat their staff terribly, and they are going to try to steal your deposit without providing any proof. First, I have personally seen members of the landlord's family who reside in the building treat the doormen extremely rudely and yelling at them in the lobby in front of tenants. Subsequently, voucher discrimination must be looked into at Goldfarb's properties. The New Rochelle office of this corporation is in dire need of a thoro assessment. They are biased and degrading, and they treat voucher holders like a second-class citizen. The authorized harbor house apartment had a price of $2,299, which was too high for my voucher and led to its cancellation. For 15 Years I have been the Victim of Invalid Eviction attempts. Their lawyer Hal Weiner is a VERY Unethical individual and Prevarication is too easy for him. DO NOT live at the 930 Ogden Avenue or the 939 Woodycrest locations. Here are several reasons why you'll be wasting your money: - Both locations are actively under construction and Goldfarb have consistently neglected to give tenants a heads up before starting completely gutting new apartments. The worst company to deal with!!! Thew won't let our kids negotiate a new contract in Manhattan in their outdated piece of garbage apartment!!! Or move to a better one!! And Empty Manhattan apartments reach record levels, landlords slash rent!!! They should do the right thing but that are the worst..Karma!! I hope they go BANKRUPT!!!
STAY AWAY! Please save your money and don’t ever consider staying at park towers south. I am a current tenant and words can’t describe the torture I am enduring here. They have been renovating numerous apartments despite knowing that tenants are at home during the pandemic. The drilling and construction noise is unbearable and they simply don’t care at all.
