I've lived at Golden Pond for about 3 years and really loved the place and area! My neighbors were great and the property was well lit at night with plenty of security cameras. Kudos to the management team! I finally bought a house so I'll miss it here.
Absolutely DO not recommend. I wish i could put 0 stars. - They never complete maintenance requests, and when calling about it they just give attitude and say “we’ll see.” - Had my car keyed and they refused to let me see any footage from the “cameras” they have.
Trying to be clever with the way the numbers are assigned just makes you out to be dumb. . . .
This place has been a home to me and my son for six years and everything everything has been great. I have no incidents no issues other than that I want to thank you guys so much and it is a bitter sweet woman leaving you guys.
