They are nice but very strict and a little over priced
The whole staff has done a great job of assisting my husband and I out on our new apartment. From doing a timely work order for me and making our new place work great for us. Thank you the maintenance team and the office team for all your assistance. Every one is so pleasent and kind and nice to work with.
Just recently moved to the apartment complex and it has been the most pleasant experience. The whole team of people have been extremely helpful and delightful to work with. From Jen who helped make our whole application process go smoothly and Ashton who help with other matters they have all been extremely calm and great to work with getting into our new apartment. The process has been fantastic and it is so nice to work with such a wonderful people.
Been at Golden Pond for years. Stayed through their management changes some good some not so good. That being said as of now doing a fantastic job. If you put in a work order they take care of it in a timely manner. I want to thank all for 👍 There's a lot of things they can't do. It's up to people have respect for rules, such as taking pride in our pools and not destroying them Not trashing there place. Pick up dog poop! Think of somebody other than yourself.
