I was referred to this company by “A Place for Mom”. I received a long email from one of the client Services Director Denise Rodriguez talking about “taking pride of their 30 year legacy as a locally owned and operated senior care provider”. She offered a complimentary in home assessment which we scheduled on Saturday June 14 at 1:00 pm. This appointment was confirmed via email and text messages numerous time. Don't be fooled by their salespeople. The care described and the care received are worlds apart. And no reputable business would have so many ways to keep money they didn't earn in every part of their service agreement. (They keep your money if you cancel in the first 30 days no matter how disappointed you are in their poor service.)
