RecommendedDr. Welch and his staff are great! I'm a senior who's teeth and gums have benefited from lots of their work over the years. From cleanings (thanks Louise and others), fillings, extractions, root canals, bridges, and implants (thanks Allison & Rosa), to scheduling and billing (thanks Virginia), all of my work has been handled with the greatest skill, care and comfort possible. Golden View Dental has been amazing to me. I started going to the dental office and within a year found out I had auto-immune health issues. Medicine I was on started causing me dental issues. Scott and Louise guided me thru each issue. They keep an eye on my teeth by being so thorough. The office has also squeezed me in when I had an unexpected problem. They chipped my husband’s luminaire then denied it. My husband wanted his teeth polished while getting 6 month cleaning. Dentist said my husband had to buy the polish and the Dentist would keep it. I never heard of such cheap cheap arrangement. Also 3 times a bridge broke until I just didn’t give him anymore chances. We also had to hear the masturbation stories about their teenagers. They were the most unprofessional worse dentist office I’ve ever been to.
If you want a dentist that breaks your veneers, and then denys it and claims you came into their office with that tooth broken, and refuses to pay for it to be fixed...by all means, make an appointment with golden view “dentists”. What a poor, low quality “practice” this is. Avoid at all costs. The staff is terrible and you get to hear about all their personal stories while they are cheaply cleaning your teeth. Looking at all these reviews, I think its fantastic that so many people love this place. Unfortunately, my experience was not great. The Dental Hygienists were great! Very personable and informative. Unfortunately, I was never able to actually meet the dentist. Instead, I was scheduled for a cleaning and given an invoice of work to be done. Four of the line items were listed as 'unspecified dental procedure' and a total amount of $730 for a cleaning (insurance covering $75). I am a very difficult Dental Patient. I have had some very scary experiences in the past and was in need of a root canal. I was so afraid and in so much pain when I arrived. By the time I left the office I was thanking everyone. Dr. Welch and his team were so comforting and up front with everything that was going to happen, from payment to the procedure. I really appreciate the patience, and kindness I was given at Golden View Dental.
Our family is new to GVD. Eveyone at the office is professional, friendly and thorough. Not so scary to go to the dentist when they treat you so well. Dr Welch is a pro.
