I need to give a special thanks to the Golden Triangle Emergency Center in Orange!! They provided EXCELLENT care and all the staff were very friendly, respectful, personable, and professional!! I spent quite some time there only due to waiting on my hospital to finish my transfer details and they were exceptionally accomodating to us!! If I could give 10 stars I would! I cannot say enough good things about GTEC!! I went in yesterday with the flu, feeling absolutely terrible and was taken to a room before I even filled out the first page of paperwork. Dr Barton and all of the staff were exceptional!!! I ended up having to stay overnight due to some complications from my diabetes. But the care I received made my stay as pleasant as possible! I love this place! Not always good to have to go, but always a great experience when we do have to. The staff is always super nice and good with my kids and give them a treat when we leave. Never a wait, and easy paperwork. I cannot be more happy coming here!
Great staff and quick service, they were awesome with my son, and resolved our issue fast.
The staff there is amazing and even tho my child wasn't that sick they treated her like she was and gave her lots of attention. This is an amazing addition to the Orange County community and we will be back for all of our needs.
We always go to GTEC when it's after hours. Everyone is friendly, courteous, and helpful. The checkin and checkout processes are both so simple. We've never had to wait to be seen either. The whole facility is nice and clean, organized, and relaxing. An added bonus was when the security officer walked us out at 1:00 am and stood with us until we got in and started driving off.
We have had nothing but great experiences! Ya'll were awesome with our kids. Last night our daughter had a freak accident while we were preparing to evacuate for a flood. Ya'll stitched her up and had us on our way in no time. Not to mention how amazing the staff was with our babies. Thanks so much for being awesome! ❤
Most definitely not what I was expecting! I was very well taken care of and pain was comforted! The experience was so pleasant that I had the "unfortunate" task of taking my son back the following Saturday after injury. I would most definitely recommend this facility!
Going to the Emergency Room with your toddler doesn't sound like much fun. But the staff here, made my little boy sooo comfortable! He was so good for them, and he's usually not that cooperative at the doctors office. They went above and beyond to make us comfortable, and turned a not so good situation into a pleasant experience!!!
