My son was in extreme back pain with vomiting and fever and the only thing they checked on him was his legs. Said nope it's not your appendix, must be a virus. Sent him home...The next day still in extreme pain went to family doctor. They ran test and cat scan....5 kidney stones and kidney infection. With a referral to a urologist within a day....We got a bill from this place two days later! FYI with 2 insurances!!!! Never been some where that they didn't let you hold your CRYING SCREAMING 2 year old to be seen. So instead they held him down and he was crying and screaming so hard he couldn't catch his breath and then the Dr wanted to call in antibiotics when he's been on antibiotics for almost a week and he's still having ear pain and we were told they don't have any kind of drops they can give to numb the pain and they would have to do X-rays before they could decide any of that. I had to bring my son in for an xray they got us right in and were SO sweet!! Even had a cute trunk w toys for the kids! Its so clean and nice in there I will never go anywhere else! Its an amazing place!!

I arrived at the emergency center in a lot of pain. The staff here had me taken care of long before I had a chance to complete my paperwork. This is what I call true care and professionalism.. I found my new favorite place for emergency care. Everyone was so nice and caring.
Fast, Professional, Beyond Nice, Very Clean - I was in/out in less than 30 minutes; probably less than 20 minutes :)
I can't say enough about the care we received last night when we brought our daughter in for stitches on her head. The doctor and nurse were wonderful. Both kind, caring, efficient, and knowledgeable. Thanks for helping us through a not so fun experience!
