A trustworthy mechanic is hard to find. I took my car in to get an oil change initially and asked them to take a look at it, knowing what problems it had. They found the exact same things I knew about and didn't try to sell me on anything that wasn't a problem, taught me more about what was going on, and were completely transparent, fairly priced, and deliver exactly what they promise. Not only was I able to pick up my car the same afternoon, but Matt in the office provided exceptional customer service and took the time to explain the cause and effect of the repairs needed. The electronic report I was emailed following an inspection of the brake system was thorough and a great bonus. I love the guys at Tilden! Usually guys at repair shops try and shake me down since I'm a girl and sell me things that I don't need. This place is no BS and totally rules! I have a BMW and they get me genuine bmw parts at much less than other shops around town. Highly recommend this place! :)
