Do not be fooled, all of these reviews are for basic service. We took our ‘03 Tahoe to be looked at. We picked up the truck, paid $310, $170 of that was the diagnostic report, for the vehicle to not be fixed. We then took the truck back, we’re told it would cost another $314 and not only was the truck worse when we picked it up, it now smokes and reeks of gas on the inside. I called, was told someone would call me back, and at Golden Triangle’s convenience I never heard from anyone. My vehicle is now inoperable.
RecommendedThe employees at Golden are incredible! We went through months of work on our car and they were nothing but honest and trustworthy the whole time. Car work can be so frustrating but they made it easy to understand and kept us updated on everything happening. I would highly recommend anyone go there for car needs!
My husband took his older truck here and told me they are honest guys who do great work. I went for the first time today to have a screw removed from my tire. They fixed it FOR FREE! I will definitely be using these guys for all my car service needs.
I’ve unfortunately needed a lot of work done my car in the past six months, and I initially chose Golden Triangle Auto Care because it’s so close to my house. But I’ve been so pleased with and grateful for Mason and the guys’ service. Every time I call, they can fit me in a timely manner. One repair they did on my brakes was $200 cheaper than another estimate. They are speedy with their service. Hard to find such helpful and great service but these guys are it! Affordable prices, timely repairs, and great advice. I’d keep them on your speed dial for any car issues or maintenance you need.
