A little bit of kindness goes a long way when it comes to how a business treats their customers. I called 4 or 5 other body shops in the area and was treated rudely, but I am so thankful to have reached out to Golden Touch Auto Body! Just got our SUV back from Golden Touch in Laguna Hills after a quick 2 day repair. Bijan and his crew did a great job at a very reasonable price and were great to work with. You won't be sorry that you took your vehicle here. Great family business!
Outstanding customer service! They are detailed, quick and on top of it! They went above and beyond to help me out getting a rental, knowing the exact timeline and repairs for my vehicle and I couldn't have asked for a better company to work with. Huge shout out to Bijan for his genuine and exceptional attentiveness as well! He made the process so easy.
The best service in OC. This is a family owned and operated business. The entire experience could not have been more professional. My 8 year old car looks like new. Ask for Bijan. He's the best with incredible knowledge and awesome customer service.
