I didn't have to do anything, they called me back for updates on the car and also they gave my car back to me looking like the first day I got it!! Thank you guys for your hospitality and your professionalism!

What a stroke of good luck to discover Golden Touch Auto Body. I am a senior female, which means I have to be extremely cautious when dealing with anything that has to do with my car. I am so happy that I went to this company. The staff is extremlely courteous and took the time to explain what had happened to my paint and also what they had to do to repair the problem. OMG! Medi, the owner, is fantastic. He is all about customer service. He is very responsive, honest, reasonable and nice. He saved me nearly $3K versus what my dealership quoted me. And.....my vehicle runs perfectly. You don't know how happy I am. I avoided all the extra charges my dealership wanted to take care of. Thank you Medi. You're the best. I will definitely go back & refer!
The lobby of this auto shop is like a lobby of a fancy hotel. I could just come here to have a cup of coffee regardless of how well my car runs. Very friendly service and I was in and out within 10 minutes with a quick repair and wasn't even charged for it. Seriously, I don't think service like this exists anymore. Thank you!
This place was amazing! They are the most courteous, hardworking, efficient staff I have ever met. I brought in my car, and everything was fixed perfectly. Even the timing was great as well! I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes. They made sure I knew exactly what was going on were very educated on what I needed to get fixed. Great experience. 10/10 would recommend.
I came in because a piece of debris on the freeway hit my car. Bijan helped me understand the insurance side of things as well as other options. He was very knowledgeable and just plain nice. Since it was a very minor issue he even offered to help me clean and buff out the scratches on the car. Amazing customer service.
Needed a part replaced on my car and this place was convenient, so I thought I would give them a try. I'm so glad I did and I highly recommend Golden Touch. From the moment I walked in they were attentive and very pleasant to deal with. They fixed my car better than my expectations. They defiantly care about their customers and I couldn't be happier.
This place is really awesome! Bijan and everyone else there is very friendly and knowledgeable. They have worked on my corvettes and my work Sprinter, the work on all the vehicles were done very well. This is my go to place for any auto body work that i need on any of my cars.
