I recently waited 2.5 hours for a delivery order, and when the food finally arrived, it was cold. After an hour, I called to check in on the order, and a manager told me it would be there "any minute."

we were there with our family for Father's Day. Very warm in the restaurant. Was there a problem with the air conditioning? Also, service very slow. We were there early around 5 pm. Also, I think the restaurant needs updating...
Had late dinner there last night to celebrate a friend's birthday. Waiter was inattentive borderline rude. Insisted we pay check and leave when he felt we were there long enough. To make a bad night worse..... He came back to table after we paid check, to say his tip wasn't large enough. Threw the money on the table and counted out a $7 tip. That was not what we gave him. I liked the experience that I had last night food & drinks were good. I went to college in that area & never dined there. Happy I got the chance to looking forward to visiting again!
Terrible service today! I buy lunch here once a week, usually I call my order in ahead. Today I walked in to place my order, the take out lady was on the phone. Now another lady walks in (Asian) and she proceeds to help her before me. I said excuse me I was here 1st, and you should be asking is it ok for me to take care of her 1st. She looked so confused, I said this is common courtesy. At this point I decide to spend my money at Dragon Star around the corner. Service there is excellent!
