the customer service was the worst i have ever experienced in Boston. we were 2 people and we were shocked by the way we were treated.
My order was “lost” tonight and I was told that it would take an hour and half to get order to me. They couldn’t send food because it would delay other orders. Terrible customer service.
Awful. We make a trip up to Boston every year from Charlotte and get Golden Temple. Drove from Ashland to pick up a huge take out order. The shrimp in every dish was mush, the lo mein was so over cooked and noodles were burnt. Fried rice was bland and burnt. So unfortunate.
