We received services from Golden Steps ABA five days a week for approximately six months for our son and things were going great-until without any prior notice or transition plan, our services were suddenly canceled the same day as a scheduled visit. We were told this was due to their head BCBA going on early pregnancy leave. This clinic is amazing! Everything is organized and safe. The clinic is very welcoming and I can tell each staff member is passionate about helping each child’s need. The clinic is professional and respectful.
