At the same location since 1958, this traditional gourmet steakhouse has been visited by hundreds of celebrities and thousands of loyal diners. The Alaskan king crab cocktail has a delicious mustard sauce, and the blue point oysters are also a favorite. For your entree, a visit here would not be complete without tasting the Diamond Jim cut of prime rib. Steaks and lobster are also standard on the menu, as well as frog legs, scallops and filet mignon. Full wine and bar service is available.

Amazing!!! I had the petite filet, grilled asparagus and creme brûlée for dessert. The petite was perfectly cooked and practically melted in my mouth. I had a Manhattan, very good, but definitely strong. Creme brûlée was decadent, absolute heaven.

Dined here for our anniversary and so glad we did. I did a lot of research on Vegas Steak Houses and there are a million options, and every one is considered “the best” by someone. The Golden Steer has survived for over 60 years for a reason...the food, service and ambiance are all incredible. Be warned that you will pay for this quality, and the servers definitely earn a good tip...but for great food and an old school Vegas atmosphere, this place cannot be beat! — with Ginger Hunger.
Amazing food!! Share! We ordered way too much food and it went to waste. Everything was amazing!!! Favorite place I’ve ever eaten. Best steak and sides and desserts!
