Dr. Tawansy is great his other eye Doctors that take over his seat when he's gone are ok but their bedside manner needs help they want to rush you in and out quickly is not right. The Doctor today couldn't even understand my English.My husband and I had major eye surgery in Pasadena, CA. My husband Dennis had Cataract surgery in January 2022 I had Cataract surgeryon September 31, 2025. Can't wait until I see 100% again. Tawansy needs to teach these Doctors to be more kind and patient with his clients.

This eye institute is for of incompetent people and wait hours to be seen and when they schedule you the time does not match your reminder card they hand you , I waited 1 hr and you talk to a supervisor they do not care one bit ... go somewhere else please !!!
I am looking into ophthalmologist to go to and this place sounds horrible. I am surprised that it's still in business, still rude and people still go there
This was my fourth time here and all the time I have been there the wait time had been ridiculous. It is always a 4+ hour wait and the doctor always give us very little information about the disease.
