Purchase a gift certificate for my sister Christmas 2025. When he finally got round to us it she was informed she can only book thursdays wish I was not informed. Called back to get a refund and I’m still waiting on it after 6 months and getting the round around.
The medical staff and scheduling here were perfectly fine, but the billing and communication need a lot of work. I asked ahead of time what my copay and procedure would cost, was told they’d find out, and instead just got a surprise bill for about $200. When you call the office, they don't know how to help, and there isn't even an inquiry number on the statement. Patients need billing transparency before a procedure, big or small. Absolutely one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had with a clinic. I booked and fully paid for a laser treatment back in March, with my appointment scheduled for May. To make this appointment work, I postponed multiple trips and rearranged my personal schedule months in advance. Then in April, they suddenly canceled my appointment and moved it to June.
