I am very pleased to have a place like this in Los Feliz. The space is so calm and inviting. I tried the Healing Breathwork Class last night and it was GREAT! I slept so well last night and I just feel Great! I strongly recommend this class. I'm going back to try the hath class. When time allows for me I would like to keep a routine for myself here!
