Golden Sol is a center for Kundalini yoga, meditation, and other healing modalities including Ayurveda, massage, hypnotherapy, acupuncture, tarot, sacred sound, and healing breath among others. We have a wonderful Psychologist and Doula, Dr. Sada Simran, on staff, as well. We offer classes for all level of practitioners and are always excited for new students to join us. From endurance athletes, Seniors, expectant mothers, to devoted yogis- we have classes for your needs.

Went back to visit for their 1st anniversary party. It is such a cozy welcoming place with such heart! The teachers and staff are so warm and welcoming. They are expanding their class offerings - greater variety and breadth of healing arts. Highly recommend .
I love Golden Sol, this is my home away from home. All the people are warm and wonderful, and I learn something new every time I come here! The teachers are amazing, and you can see that they love their class- as they always stay afterwards to meet new students or answer questions. There work shops are also amazing, I've taken a few with my friends and we love them <3 Sat Nam! Thank you Golden Sol!!
There is no place that holds a practice so dear, yet with such fun as the little house on Ambrose. If you want to expand via deep energy and yoga practices and lots of belly laughs PLUS great personal/professional support...this is your spot!
Such a great space and such devoted, warm, friendly teachers! I went to their open house and was so inspired to start taking classes there immediately!
