Golden Sol is a center for Kundalini yoga, meditation, and other healing modalities including Ayurveda, massage, hypnotherapy, acupuncture, tarot, sacred sound, and healing breath among others. We have a wonderful Psychologist and Doula, Dr. Sada Simran, on staff, as well. We offer classes for all level of practitioners and are always excited for new students to join us. From endurance athletes, Seniors, expectant mothers, to devoted yogis- we have classes for your needs.

I love the flexibility of Kundalini Yoga! Pun intended... A Kundalini Yoga class is prescriptive in that each class can be different based on the time of year and needs of the students. It's also a yoga that is embracing of all ages. I took my Mom to a Kundalini and she could actually do it even though she had never taken a yoga class before. Golden Sol is a yoga studio with heart!
