When my specialist (endodontist) calls, please have my chart in front of your staff so they will know what is going on with my teeth and not react as if they don't have any idea of what is going on, This happened previously when I was set to get a root canal. I was given a referral for a bothersome tooth, and when the specialist called, I was told that the front desk acted as if they had no idea why I was there. Thank you

I've only had the Best dental experiences at Golden Smile Dental. Heidi and staff are amazing, and Dr. Xa is the best dentist I have ever been treated with. She is kind, patient, and always explains the treatment so that the patient knows exactly what she is doing and why. Thank you.
