Very bad service, our apartment was never properly cleaned. The last cleaning was too much: I found a huge hair ball on the bathroom floor. I complained to the company and their representative's answers were very rude, full if attitude! Would never recommend this "cleaning" service to anybody.

An easy to use service. The cleaning was excellent; thorough and efficient. One gripe was that they had to change the time of the cleaning, although hat was done two days in advance and via text. In addition, was told that I had to book a 4 hour cleaning as the apartment is a duplex despite the fact that the fixed cost for a regular two bedroom apartment is about $50 less.

They use the term deep cleaning falsely. I specified a particular area that needed "deep cleaning" in my kitchen. I literally paid more than double the price so this area could be properly sanitized and the cleaner showed up with a small back pack. Where were the deep cleaning solutions?!! I have been using Golden Shine for almost two years now for weekly service. It took a couple of attempts to end up with the current housekeeper I have now, Arlene. I can not say enough good things about Arlene. She is punctual, brings her own supplies (I request that she uses my vacuum), does a thorough job, and is happy to do any little extras every couple of weeks if/when I point something out that needs special attention. The office has always been helpful and responsive to my emails. Overall, I'm a happy camper!

This was the first time I've ever used a cleaning service and I now know why I clean my own place. I came home to find my bathroom sink dirty and when I went to wipe water I had accidentally spilt on the floor the paper towel was black. So I intentionally wiped the floor in my room and the paper towel so dirty it was disgusting. I called the agency Friday and Saturday to complain but no one picked up.
