From Steve T They performed a repaired on a pair of glasses which had a bow broken off a couple of years ago and the glasses looked better than new.. Have replaced watch batteries on the spot. Have returned watches in which the batteries have leaked without charging for their time. My kind of family business. I used to do business with the big box store (Jared) across the street from their shop but had poor experience there. They, the big box store, snoozed and lost my business.

If you are buying a diamond from these people make sure you get a GIA certifcate.

We highly recommend that you not wear the ring if that is the case, and will be eagerly waiting for you to come in so we can rectify the issue as soon as possible. Again, we back everything we sell and work on. We will be open tomorrow, Saturday from 10am to 5pm.
