Last week we had Golden Rule Plumbing replace an old bathroom lavatory and in our Garner, NC house. They were prompt, professional and very reasonable, but more importantly, also found and repaired 3 other minor plumbing issues that would have caused more costly repairs and problems later if they had not been found and fixed early. We have had a handful of different plumbing issues at our house as the house is getting older. We have called Joseph out for each separate issue, and he handled each one with promptness, professionalism, and integrity. Joseph has rebuilt the plumbing under our kitchen sink, replaced the garbage disposal, replaced the kitchen faucet fixtures, unclogged a toilet, repaired a leaking bathroom shower faucet, and alerted us of and corrected water pressure that was too high. Water bills were unusually high at the Garner house that we rent out. Sometimes a dripping noise could be heard in the hallway bath. We talked to Golden Rule Plumbing Services and set a time for them to come when our renter could be there. They were there on time which was important because of the tenants work schedule. Joseph quickly found that the hall bath commode had water leaking around the flapper valve and that the supply control valve was overflowing water. Earlier in the year Golden Rule Plumbing installed a new hot water heater and a main water cut off valve to the house. The service was outstanding, professional and timely. Joseph did a great job. Well just a few weeks ago I had a few more plumbing issues that I need help with. Golden Rule Plumbing to the rescue again! Had a cloged toilet and a leaky kitchen faucet. Called Golden Rule Plumbing Services to come out and put in a new kitchen faucet and to look at a tank filling problem I had with one of my toilets.
