Absolute integrity and expertise. The dealership wanted to charge $1100.00 to replace the hydrolic fluid pump. Golden Rule said, "yes-it's leaking, but you just need a new o-ring...$50." Plus, they give discounts to teachers! These people are a class act. They were also right-on in recommending the bowling alley's (next door) street tacos. Never had so much fun (playing pool at bowling alley) while waiting for my car to be serviced. They were fast and diligent in keeping us updated with the progress on the repair. My husband & I took our classic Camaro to Golden Rule-to have the ac converted over. They knew how nervous we were having anyone other than my husband working on the car. They made us feel very comfortable & were respectful to our wishes. They got the car done in a timely manner & the cost was reasonable. I would highly recommend them.
On Saturday, March 19, 2016 I had the pleasure of meeting the terrific guys at Golden Rule Auto Care. They were very nice, helpful, and funny. My car was well taken care of and while waiting I felt like I was talking to friends I had know my whole life. Thank you for the great experience.
Awesome group of technicians who are knowledgeable, friendly, personable, thorough and fast! I have found my auto care home with them. So thankful to have found this place! If I could give more than 5 stars I certainly would!
These guys are the best! They are respectful, honest and treat the costumer the right way. Definitly the place to go for any car issues.
