They're golden. GR goes out of their way to accommodate you anytime you bring in your car. They always work hard and fast. They explain everything. They'll even give you a virtual tour of the problem on your car and show you how what they will do, will be a solution to the problem. They call around and try to get the best prices on parts. I once brought my kids in and they changed the channel to kids programming so my kids were entertained. They will do a lot of little things that make a big difference. Not only did I get an oil change, I was able to hop a ride with their shuttle service and shop at Target while it was being done! The owner himself helped me out with my bags once I got back to my car. A wonderful experience!
I don't know why I've taken so long to write a review for these guys, but here it goes. I've been coming here for about five years. Not once did they ever try and up charge me, talk me into buying something I did not need, or lie about the costs of labor and service. All prices have been fair, and the high level of customer service you receive makes anyone else look like rookies. I highly recommend Golden Rule, best shop in the metroplex.
