horrible landlords do not rent from this company. when there is a problem, they want you to pay the first $250 of the bill. which the bill for most minor things cost far less than that, so there never out of pocket. when there is a major issue they will tell you, that there is a maint. guy on his way out on a certain day, specially if its around the first of the month to get you to pay. then the person never shows so in there eyes HAHAHAHA!!!!! we just got more money our of them which is shady. right now my foundation on my ... read more
