I’m very upset. This is my second time purchasing. This morning I came to pay my balance for my jewelry and pick up my two bracelet repairs—one of which was a “free” repair. I was so excited to pick them up, looked forward to it all week. The sales associate tried to get me to look at the rings, I politely declined. One of the bracelets I picked up wasn’t even the one I purchased initially—it was a completely different bracelet.
