Story time I have a ring with a blue stone in it the ring is old and the stone fell out I brought it here to get it fixed they told me about a week to get it replaced and they would call me (they never called) so I show up back at the store and my ring is fixed but there was an emerald cut stone jammed into the Ring, the ring is shaped like a flower so obviously the stone was/should be a circle.
