Brought my mother in to see Dr Krantzow for her visit. We were very unpleased with this visit. I should have left this here the moment it happened. Unfortunately I forgot. The front desk check in staff is honestly very unprofessional. Not sure why they would put a child at the front desk. The lady was more on her phone than paying attention to the patients coming in. This Dr told me that he would rather stick toothpicks under his fingernails than have to make a simple statement on a form . I was his patient for spine issues in my neck. He wasn't qualified to perform the surgery that was needed. I asked for his assistance because I was applying for Social Security disability. He treated me like I was a lowlife. The staff was amazing! Dr. Kephart was always kind and professional. And took his time to explain everything to me about my injury. Highly recommend him!
