First of all I booked a manicure and pedicure which was 1hour20minutes which they completed in 25minuts and was disappointed with the service I received. The appointment felt rushed, and the quality of the work did not meet my expectations. The manicure was uneven, and the pedicure was not completed as thoroughly as I would expect for a paid service. I also felt that my concerns were not addressed during the appointment.
