Ok, so I haven’t moved in yet. But the level of service and communication has been top tier! When I went to see the property, there were fixings that need to be looked at. They got right on it no issues. Ben who showed me the house was so nice, and prompt with my questions that I had. I can’t wait to move in and enjoy my space. Consistent. Honest. Responsive. Going into my 3rd year with this company and they’ve been consistent with responses to issues, questions and repairs. They have also been communicative about changes, times and issues. Issues will always arise. But how you respond to them is what makes the company. 5 stars all around.

Rebecca is the worst property manager I've ever had. She straight up ignores pretty much every text my husband and I send anymore and when she does she so clearly can't be bothered and so so rude. It took them two months to fix roof and water damage in my bedroom. I informed them quickly, never got responses, and I sent updated pictures after it grew to twice the size and still nothing had been done.
