We hired Golden Limousine for a wedding in downtown Detroit. We had 4 charter busses to transport 200+ guests to the ceremony and reception. The drivers all arrived 20-30 minutes early, they were in constant communication with the wedding planners throughout the day and followed the provided itineraries to the minute. They were also less expensive than other companies we shopped. We will definitely be contracting Golden Limo again in the future for weddings and events.

We rented a trolley for our wedding day and it was the best experience! Excellent service, communication and friendliness of staff! 10/10 would do again!

Ordered a trolley for our wedding day, and despite their trolley breaking, they were still able to find a trolley from another company - what a relief! Most other companies would have just thrown us in a limo, but not this one! Still having a trolley there helped make our day that much more special. I appreciated them looking out for us. The ride was smooth, the driver was friendly, and the fun of music/dancing was had by all!

Universities and anyone who needs to get to an event on time should avoid this company. They have been late on multiple occasions, week after week, and their lack of punctuality has embarrassed us in front of students, staff, and guests. The office staff is extremely rude and unprofessional, often speaking to myself and my staff as if the delays are our fault instead of acknowledging their mistakes. I do not live in the area and am not a customer. For some reason I have begun receiving many emails every week containing sensitive information such as passenger pickup locations, driver names, vehicles, etc. I have emailed and called Golden Limousine to stop emailing me other people's trip information and the emails do not stop. Despite having nothing to do with this company, I continue to receive information about passengers' rides.
