I've been having back problems for a bit now and decided to get massage therapy to fix it. Found out that I've been holding a lot of my weight in my shoulders. After talking with Julia about ways to fix my posture, I've felt a change. I feel the muscles in my back either fighting or working with me, and have the knowledge now to figure out what is supposed to be normal.

I met Julia for an Access Consciousness session based a on a referral. The session was relaxing and I wasn’t sure what to expect but felt lighter after the session and thereafter a sense of clarity. It’s hard to put into words but Julia is a very kind woman and I would recommend. I’ll be back to see her!

I don't leave many reviews but I had a life changing experience with Julia. I was looking for Reiki but ended up doing an Access Consciousness technique with her instead. I am an anxious person and she put me into the deepest state mentally and physically. Since the session I went 4 months without a negative thought. I finally started seeing the glass half full. I will forever be a client of Julia's. She is a true healer. Who would have thought in little Loudon, TN!!!
